Is it possible to manage your Estate from the Grave?
It is a strange question but a very valid question. In short, the answer is YES, it is possible. People know they will die one day and must therefore make a will. A will is a legal instrument that allows a person to nominate individuals (Beneficiaries) who are to inherit that person’s assets after his/her death. A will operates only after the testator’s death. A simple will may not be sufficient.
